thursday | may 17–june 7 | 2D & 3D EXPLORATIONS IN ARTMAKING: Making Self-Portraits | 1st – 6th graders
Workshops 3:30–5:00 pm
(minimum of 5 students, maximum 10)
Young artists will choose their own focus from a range of materials for this 4-week mini session, working in either 2D or 3D, on a project that zeroes in on the notion of self-portraiture in a very broad sense. We’ll take a look at how many artists before them have created self-portraits in many different ways, from representational to very abstract!
